All OP Energy Pre-Orders placed during our Early Access Launch will not ship until January 2026. This ensures we deliver the highest-quality product, freshly manufactured and tested to meet our premium standards.

Order Fulfillment

  • Orders will be processed in the order they are received.

  • Once production is complete in January 2026, shipments will begin immediately.

  • You will receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order is on its way.

Delivery Times

  • U.S. domestic orders typically arrive within 5–7 business days after shipping.

  • International delivery times vary based on location and customs clearance.

Returns & Money-Back Guarantee

  • Once your order is delivered, you have 30 days to try OP Energy risk-free.

  • If you are not fully satisfied, you may request a full refund by returning the product (even if opened).

  • Refunds will be issued to your original payment method once the return is received.
